If you purchased any item from this website and are banned, you are not issued a refund. Your chances of an unban will be more likely but it still may not happen. If you are perma removed or banned after purchasing admin, you are not issued a refund. Again, the only way to get a refund is if you do not receive your item within a week and you already filled out the purchases survey. You will not be refunded for bans or perma removals.
